I will point out another product that I’ve been using that has some of the same issues the original poster mentioned regarding search and links. Curio looks very interesting, for example. Not sure if this is the latest thread on mind mapping with DT, but it does have some good links. This way i could retain both visual representation of the map and linking capabilities (and i don’t really like outlines) I really wish XMind could print pdfs in such a way that i could open links from DT. Links to DT documents and external files are clickable when viewing EXPORTED pdfs (Pro feature) within DT (in this case a map exports in a form of an outline with optional picture capture of a map)īoth programs have nice interface but overall it seemed to me that XMind is more feature rich and business oriented. Links to DT documents and external files are NOT clickable when viewing printed pdfs within DT. When the map is viewed within the original app, then the links are clickable and open DT documents and external files depending on what type of hyperlink is used.
